A Complete Review of Odyssey (multicolor)

286. Atogatog WUBRG Creature - Atog Legend 5/5 (R)
Sacrifice an Atog: Atogatog gets +X/+X until end of turn where X is the sacrificed Atog's power.
It relishes old-fashioned family meals.

==> FUN: 5
I'm probably not the only one who has been waiting patiently for this guy since the creation of Foratog. I like the way the ability is worded so that Atogatog grows more from Atogs that have recently fed. Lovely flavor text as well. An Atog theme deck sounds like a good challenge, although it'll be hard to make sure every member of the Atog family has enough to eat with their varied diets.

--
287. Decimate 2RG Sorcery (R)
Destroy target artifact, target creature, target enchantment, and target land.

==> FUN: 5
It looks completely broken, until it sinks in that you need to have four very specific targets to be able to cast it. Then it's suddenly not as bad anymore, but it's still insanely good in multiplayer! Even in one-on-one, it can be playable in the right deck. Land isn't a problem and one of the Phelddagrifs can make sure your opponent has creatures. Thran Forge can turn one of his creatures into an artifact and Soul Sculptor can turn one into an enchantment. It's not easy, but possible.

--
288. Iridescent Angel 5WU Creature - Angel 4/4 (R)
Flying, protection from all colors

==> FUN: 4
Stylish, but is it really that much better than untargetable?

--
289. Lithatog 1RG Creature - Atog 1/2 (U)
Sacrifice an artifact: Lithatog gets +1/+1 until end of turn. Sacrifice a land: Lithatog gets +1/+1 until end of turn.

==> FUN: 3
I'm disappointed with these golden Atogs. They're repetitive and only get +1/+1 for each sacrifice. Two different sacrifice abilities don't make up for that, those only make up for the fact that these multicolored ones are harder to cast. Not to mention that the original Atog only costs 2 mana.

--
290. Mystic Enforcer 2GW Creature - Nomad Mystic 3/3 (R)
Protection from black Threshold - Mystic Enforcer gets +3/+3 and has flying. (You have threshold as long as seven or more cards are in your graveyard.)

==> FUN: 4
A bit bland for a rare, but strong once threshold kicks in.

--
291. Phantatog 1WU Creature - Atog 1/2 (U)
Sacrifice an enchantment: Phantatog gets +1/+1 until end of turn. Discard a card from your hand: Phantatog gets +1/+1 until end of turn.

==> FUN: 3

--
292. Psychatog 1UB Creature - Atog 1/2 (U)
Discard a card from your hand: Psychatog gets +1/+1 until end of turn. Remove two cards in your graveyard from the game: Psychatog gets +1/+1 until end of turn.

==> FUN: 3
This is probably the best of the new Atogs. The first ability means you don't have to waste time playing the cards as permanents for the Atog to eat and the second one is basically a free meal if you're not playing any graveyard recursion.

--
293. Sarcatog 1BR Creature - Atog 1/2 (U)
Remove two cards in your graveyard from the game: Sarcatog gets +1/+1 until end of turn. Sacrifice an artifact: Sarcatog gets +1/+1 until end of turn.

==> FUN: 3

--
294. Shadowmage Infiltrator 1UB Creature - Wizard 1/3 (R)
Shadowmage Infiltrator can't be blocked except by artifact creatures and/or black creatures. Whenever Shadowmage Infiltrator deals combat damage to a player, you may draw a card.

==> FUN: 4
The same goes for Shadowmage Infiltrator as for the Basilisk with Lure. It's a great creature, but the combination of abilities is just a bit too much of a good thing.

--
295. Thaumatog 1GW Creature - Atog 1/2 (U)
Sacrifice a land: Thaumatog gets +1/+1 until end of turn. Sacrifice an enchantment: Thaumatog gets +1/+1 until end of turn.

==> FUN: 3

--
296. Vampiric Dragon 6BR Creature - Vampire Dragon 5/5 (R)
Flying Whenever a creature dealt damage by Vampiric Dragon this turn is put into a graveyard, put a +1/+1 counter on Vampiric Dragon. 1R: Vampiric Dragon deals 1 damage to target creature.

==> FUN: 4
A 5/5 flier usually doesn't need to do a lot of growing before it is big enough to go in for the kill, but it's good to have the option. Vampiric Dragon conjures up a bit of a strange image in my head: a Shivan Hellkite flying around, meets up with a vampire who immediately goes for the neck and starts drinking... and drinking... and drinking... there's an awful lot of blood in a dragon.

Onslaught

Onslaught continues the story of Kamahl, who struggles to cope with what it means to be a druid. At the same time, he has to help his sister, Jeska, who has been transformed into Phage, a being that can kill with a mere touch. At the same time Ixidor, an illusionist with the ability to shape reality is out to kill Phage for killing his one true love. Who will find her first?
