Prophecy - a Complete Review (artifact)

136. Chimeric Idol, 3, Artifact, Uncommon 0: Tap all lands you control. Chimeric Idol becomes a 3/3 artifact creature until end of turn.

==> TOUR: 3 - FUN: 3
Not a bad little card really. Sorcery speed creature removal, like Wrath of God won't kill it. Still, I can't see it fitting in any deck. A control deck doesn't want to tap out and a weenie deck usually has more useful creatures to summon.

137. Copper-Leaf Angel, 5, Artifact Creature - Angel 2/2, Rare Flying T, Sacrifice X lands: Put X +1/+1 counters on Copper-Leaf Angel.

==> TOUR: 3 - FUN: 4
This has the potential to become a very big creature, but a single Disenchant can really ruin your day if you just sacrificed half your lands to this. In fun play at least you have a lot more lands.

138. Hollow Warrior, 4, Artifact Creature - Golem 4/4, Uncommon Hollow Warrior can't attack or block unless you tap an untapped creature you control.

==> TOUR: 3 - FUN: 2
This card has the same problem as Mogg Flunkies. You need another creature for this to have any use at all. And if your opponent gets rid of your other creatures, he got some virtual card advantage out of it.

139. Keldon Battlewagon, 5, Artifact Creature 0/3, Rare Trample Keldon Battlewagon cannot block. When Keldon Battlewagon attack, sacrifice it at end of combat. Tap an untapped creature you control: Keldon Battlewagon gets +X/+0 until end of turn, where X is the tapped creature's power.

==> TOUR: 1 - FUN: 1
Five mana for a 0/3 that dies after one attack and can't even block. But wait! You can tap a creature to give its power to this one. How good is that? Well, not very. In sealed with creature stand-offs, sure. But anywhere else, it's just way too expensive.

140. Well of Discovery, 6, Artifact, Rare At the end of your turn, if you control no untapped cards, draw a card.

==> TOUR: 1 - FUN: 4
Drawing cards is always good, but at 6 mana with a steep drawback, there are better ways, like Urza's Blueprints. It's probably not a good idea to play with enchantments if you're playing with Well of Discovery.

141. Well of Life, 4, Artifact, Uncommon At the end of your turn, if you control no untapped lands, you gain 2 life.

==> TOUR: 2 - FUN: 4
The drawback makes it less useful for control decks, but aggressive decks won't get much use out of it. A few turns after casting this, they should have either won or lost.

Onslaught

Onslaught continues the story of Kamahl, who struggles to cope with what it means to be a druid. At the same time, he has to help his sister, Jeska, who has been transformed into Phage, a being that can kill with a mere touch. At the same time Ixidor, an illusionist with the ability to shape reality is out to kill Phage for killing his one true love. Who will find her first?
