Operates on standard 120-volt current. Infinitely adjustable up to 70 amps allowing precise control of heat setting. Transformer design makes it easy to strike arc even at low current setting. Welds mild steel up to 3/16" thick. Uses 1/16" to 3/32" mild steel electrodes. Electrode holder and ground clamp have permanently attached cables. The dent-proof and rustproof molded plastic housing (approx. 13" x 7" x 11-1/2") has built-in carry handle and storage compartment for cables and is double-insulated for maximum safety.
