Adjustable 4-way nylon-mesh internal divider snaps in place for easy cargo organization. Mounts to rack with adjustable straps; can be easily removed with quick-release nylon buckles. Wide carrying handles on each end for easy toting. 4 sides of bag features removable plastic stiffeners for shape retention and compact storage. Top and bottom of bag includes sewn-in plastic stiffeners. Sewn-on web-belt loop on top allows additional gear to be tied down to bag (tie-downs not included).
