Assembly is concealed under color-matched plastic side pods. Shield has left-side tab for 1-finger adjustment or flip-up. Black lower section adds color contrast. Injection-molded outer shell is made of specially modified polycarbonate alloy to absorb impacts and resist penetration. Contoured to fit 1-pc. polystyrene inner shell absorbs any residual shocks. Outer shell is sanded smooth then painted with high-grade paint in high-gloss colors. Super-fine flakes create metallic colors for a deep lustrous finish. Painted finish is protected by a tough clear polyurethane coating. Comfortable EPS foam interior is lined with stain and sweat-resistant plush gray microfiber nylon.
