Hard ABS back reinforces bag for shape retention. Plastic wheel-side back doubles as a 1-pc. inner frame to safely hold heavier loads. Soft black felt lining protects stored gear. Large top opening with sewn-in stiffeners ensures easy interior access. 3-1/2"H wraparound flaps on 3 sides of lid help secure and protect gear. Include two 2-3/8" diam. red self-adhesive reflectors for use if bags obscure existing side marker reflectors.
